Once you have obtained a low THC card, you are legally allowed to possess up to 20 fluid ounces of low THC oil. The card proves that you are authorized to have the oil and protects you from arrest.  This does not make the sale or possession of all types of marijuana legal for the patient in Georgia. The card will be valid for two years from the date it is issued. The expiration date will be printed on the front of the card.
